This technical maintenance is an optional (yet recommended) service, that happens after the go-live and is invoiced on top of the project build cost. The goal is to continuously secure the platform with security patches and system updates every week, provide system backups, and bug corrections in case some issues are discovered after the warranty period.

The answer to that question depends on your needs and your situation. As a general rule we can say that in the long run, it is often more interesting financially to fully own your digital platform than to rent it monthly.
Yet, many small and medium businesses cannot pay the upfront fee to buy a premium web platform. This is why we created these monthly subscriptions, allowing you to get a fully performing digital platform without ever having to pay any upfront fee, through a monthly rent of your platform.
The prices we present on this page, or on the website in general, are reliable cost indications based on our experience with standard web projects.
Yet, maybe your web project has some specificities that require special adaptations? Or maybe your project is even simpler than the average platform we are used to working with? In both cases, we will estimate your project cost precisely and share with you a reliable cost estimate.
This means that the price we will propose may eventually be different (higher or lower) from the price presented here, but based on our experience the order of magnitude should be quite close to the one presented here.
When you take a subscription, you basically rent the platform in the long run, so you do not technically “own” it – even if you have full control of its content and can use it freely all along the period.
Yet, we know that it is important for many companies to have an option to buy the platform at the end of the minimum duration period of the subscription. This is why we propose this option: if after the minimum duration of your subscription plan you want to own the platform, you have an option to buy it directly (the cost is equivalent to 3 months of rent of the platform).
Please note however that if you buy your web platform after the subscription plan we will then transfer full ownership, domain name, hosting, and maintenance responsibilities back to you and these services will not be covered anymore by the subscription plan. You are then free to either take care of it on your end or mandate us through another maintenance plan to keep managing those aspects for you.
